HYDAC and ENGIRO have now been working together successfully for three years on the electrification of mobile machinery. To stronger integrate all activities regarding electric drives, the shareholders, consisting of the HYDAC group and the founding family Werner, have jointly decided that HYDAC acquires all remaining ENGIRO company shares. Along with that step, the Werner family is withdrawing from the ENGIRO management. We are very grateful to them for their lasting contributions to the development of the company during the past 15 years.
Dr Bernhard Burkhart, Managing Director of ENGIRO GmbH, and Mr Christian Stauch, Head of E-Mobility at HYDAC New Technologies GmbH, will jointly shape the future of ENGIRO and the HYDAC Group's electric drive activities. Both have many years of experience in electromobility.
