  • a university degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable studies or a wide experience in a similar position.<o:p></o:p>
  • several years of professional experience in the field of series production. <o:p></o:p>
  • experience in project management and lean management.<o:p></o:p>
  • good skills in ERP, MS-Office and English.<o:p></o:p>

  • planning of new machines and assembly lines.<o:p></o:p>
  • creation of project plans and process documentation.<o:p></o:p>
  • creation of “technical requirements specifications” for new machinery and assembly lines.<o:p></o:p>
  • performing future pre-acceptances at our newly planned production facility.<o:p></o:p>
  • review of machine documentation and tooling plans.<o:p></o:p>
  • creation of capacity analyses and investment studies.<o:p></o:p>
  • optimization of manufacturing and assembly processes.<o:p></o:p>
  • disposition of operating resources, tools, measuring equipment and wearing parts.<o:p></o:p>
  • organization and supervision of installation, commissioning, test runs, as well as  acceptance of operating resources and facilities.<o:p></o:p>
  • planning, supporting and performing manufacturing and assembly tests.<o:p></o:p>
  • analysis of malfunctions and quality variations.<o:p></o:p>
  • identification of improvement approaches and development of saving potentials.<o:p></o:p>
  • independent project management including communication with suppliers and service providers.<o:p></o:p>
  • creation of product and requirements specifications as well as soliciting quotations, placing orders and acceptance.<o:p></o:p>
  • planning, creation, documentation and implementation of devices, tools, workstations and processes.<o:p></o:p>
