Sales Assistant / Sales Coordinator (m/f/d)

for electric drive technology

We are looking forward to a new team player in full-time (40h) with:

  • a degree or several years of professional experience in a similar position.
  • proven experience in sales assistance and a thorough understanding of figures, time and organization.
  • a good command of written and spoken English.
  • a good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • a reliable, precise and independent working style and a problem-solving attitude.
  • personal skills in dealing with customers and distribution partners.
  • flexibility and the ability to deal with stressful situations.
  • a positive attitude and pleasure in real teamwork.

How you can support us

  • support of the sales team by preparing and tracking offers and orders
  • responsibility for direct communication with all internal departments and external interfaces like customers, service providers and merchants
  • coordination of external and internal customer meetings, business trips and events
  • creating documentation and presentations with current MS Office programs
  • maintenance of our CRM/ERP software and creation of reports
