Division Controller (m/f/d)

for electrical drive technology

We are looking forward to a new team player in full-time (40h) with:

  • an university degree (Master's/Diploma) in industrial engineering or business administration or similar with a focus on controlling.
  • several years of professional experience in product costing and in the development of KPIs in a manufacturing company.
  • substantial knowledge in project management and initial leadership experience.
  • independent, communicative and results-oriented working style and strong analytical skills.
  • a good command of English and German both written and spoken.
  • sound knowledge of SAP and MS Office (especially Excel).

How you can support us:

  • Responsibility for divisional controlling for electric drives.
  • Expansion and optimization of reporting, investment-, project- and risk controlling and development of largely automated reporting standards.
  • Determination and analysis of business key figures, market data and business results.
  • Development and maintenance of analysis and support tools in order to plan, manage and control value chain processes.
  • Performing profitability analysis for new investments, R&D projects and new products.
  • Sparring partner of the management regarding the planning and implementation of operational and strategic decisions concerning optimization of processes and operational targets.
  • Analysis and definition of cost-saving and advancement potentials, participation in cost reduction projects.
  • Creation of budgets and sales forecasts including target/actual deviation respectively
